Yeah when I was much younger, but it is a good way to lose an leg if the car gets close to a mailbox or other car or object too close to the foot hanging out the window.

Sounds very uncomfortable! I'd have to fold myself in two to prop my feet up that high, maybe it's because I'm small and always have the seat forward as far as it can go & the window is at shoulder level, but I don't really ever prop my feet up higher than chair(seat) level anywhere else either. I like doing that but not higher. More often I pull one leg up under me when sitting, or I pull a knee up and sit with my heel on the seat (not in cars but just sitting elsewhere).

Yes I have and it was a very nice feeling because my feet were all hott and sweaty from a day at work. It's not something I'd reccomend though because it can be very dangerous.

Yes.. hahaha it was quite funny, my friends dared me. We were in a neighborhood, not going that fast but, it felt funny with the air going through my toes. It tickled...
