our baby is 5 days old today and he wont quit eating!! He eats so much its rediculous he will down 4 to 5oz easy and then a hour... later he wants another 3 ounces... its like that alllllll day!!...


also he wont burp after i feed him i tried almost all the positions.....


does any of this got to do with him being 9 pounds 4 oz at birth and i was wondering if he could of got this from me cuz i all day not big meals when i was pregnet

I know this is stupid, but how come you like someone a lot even if you just met them on Myspace, and only for a few days? It happened to me :'(... I met this really cool guy on Myspace, we messaged each other back each day, he ended up giving me his number. So I called him, he called me back 2 days after I left a message. We ended up talking for hours, and we really hit it off! Neither of us are looking for a relationship, just friendship, which I'm fine with. We talked every night for 5 days, but he hasn't called me back or even called for 3 days now. I know it's too soon to be worrying about something stupid like this, but it's how I feel. I see him get on Myspace everyday though. I called him last night, but he didn't call me back yet. Is he ignoring me? Should I just forget about it? Thankx in advance.

I had a Golden/Syrian hamster who suddenly died.. He was 8 months old only, he was hyper active and extremely healthy.. I don't know what happened but I found him suddenly dead he didn't even show any sign of sickness, one day he's all hyper the next he's a dead body

There's always creationist types who "catagorise" people by whether they believe in "their" god, or not..
If "alleged" disbelievers also had an interest in, and acceptance of ALL mainstream scientific principles and understandings, they may instead be called "evolutionists", but still considered "athiests".

I don't "define" myself by my disbelief in your god, but if a term had to be used, I'd consider myself more of a realist.
In my view, a realist can be from any corner of the globe, and from within any community or culture. Unlike religion, it isn't possible for a scietifically literate realist to provide discriminatory explanations.

Atheist: a disbelief in the existance of god.
Agnostic: one who holds that we know nothing beyond material phenomena, and maybe some things are unknowable.

So what would christians and their fruitcake creationist brethren call: "embracing mainstrean science, and an appreciation for the work and findings past, present and future"?

could i possibly request to get induced. so that i dont have to have a c-ssection.

my doctor says i might have to have one because the baby is larger then it is supposed to be. i am 33 weeks so far...could i get induced in a couple of weeks so i can avoid a c-section. i want more children in the future and i've had molar pregnancies which has scarred my uterus and would like to avoid anymore scarring.

If an known axe murderer knocked on your door and asked if you had his axe and you knew full well his axe was in your shed a few feet away, would you:

A) Stick to the principle that one should never lie and tell him the truth, or

B) Not say anything or say 'not going to tell you' or 'none of your business' or avoid telling a lie without admitting the truth, or

C) Lie?

If you answered A or B, could you tell me why telling the truth is so important that telling it - or not denying it - is more important than possible risk to life?

If you answered C, could you tell me what factors should inform me when a lie is acceptable that I might generally apply to a wide range of real life circumstances?
