i) When the child is born, will I be legally the child's father and can the child's birth cert bear my name as the father?

ii) If it's negative, how should I go about becoming the child's legal father after my seperation?

iii) Will the mother (my girlfriend) be entitled to the government's grant for newborn?

iv) Is there any legal implication from my current marriage/seperation?

v) It'll be good if ayone can input some pointers that I should take note of and not asked in these questions.

Thanks in Advance.....

My name is Austin Zamora and this is what I can thank God for. At the age of 7, during Spring Revival at Milligan Ridge Baptist Church I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior or so I thought. That night for some reason I paid the closest attention I ever had before. Come Invitation, I done what I thought I was doing. I even followed in Baptism. My parents would soon drop out of church and me being the young age follwed. I did not attend church. Around 4 years later my grandfather passed on. He loved the Lord with all of his heart. And I knew I didnt. The night before my grandfather's funeral, I realized I was on the path to never see my grandpa again. That night I really came to know and love Jesus as my Lord ans Savior. At his funeral I knew not to fear for I would see him again. I did not make this public until I joined a local church. My parents have yet to join the church and come to know the WONDERFUL Lord, but I am not giving up. I want all my family to know our Lord. I can thank

Yeah the one from the Bible. It seems Christianity is based almost as much on the vision of Paul as the teachings of Jesus. Now I've heard a mixed bag on this man, but the fact is he played a huge part in shaping Christianity as we know it today.

I'm not looking for his biography, more if you think his teachings are parallel with those of Jesus, or if he's a nutbag, or somewhere in between.

Without Oliver Perez the N.Y. Mets would be lucky if they get into the post season on a wild card. Every team has one ballplayer who is the backbone of the team that is driving the team in the right direction.

Who is the key man for your fave team...?

NEW YORK (May 12) - Oliver Perez pitched so well that Mets manager Willie Randolph grinned while criticizing the left-hander for committing one of his pet peeves.

Perez took a one-hit shutout into the ninth inning and Damion Easley drove in four runs, leading New York to a 9-1 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday.

The only hit Perez allowed before the ninth was a third-inning single to pitcher Chris Capuano, earning a mild rebuke from his otherwise thrilled manager.

In reading from Acts 15:1-29, you don't see them turning to Scripture to resolve a dispute, they turn to the Apostles and Elders - in otherwords, those given the authority by Christ.

1: But some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brethren, "Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved."
2: And when Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and debate with them, Paul and Barnabas and some of the others were appointed to go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and the elders about this question.
6: The apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider this matter.
7: And after there had been much debate, Peter rose and said to them, "Brethren, you know that in the early days God made choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe.
28: For it has seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things:

I've been getting manicures for years. I first get my nails cut, then filed and buffed and then a form of nice smelling oil coated on there, which I think smells delightful on my nails. Then during the week, I'll constantly get the dirt out of my nails, etc., etc. My brother always likes to joke with me about how girly it is, but I am curious. Is he right? Is it a very feminine thing to do?

The two of you are as different as night and day. You love your parent, but you don't get along and you have had a very contentious relationship with them for many years, and always end up in the same place: In a heated argument. You learn that your parent has held a grudge against you for something that happened 25 years ago. I say it takes two to tango, but she wants to put you on a guilt trip and blame the outcome on you. How would you deal with this? You've confronted her in the past and asked her if she held a grudge and she denied it, but the truth is she has held a grudge all these years. I feel like this person is no good for me emotionally or psychologically.
