I have $100,000 in cash and want to know the smartest think to do with it. Some folks say I should pay off part of my home mortgage, which has a $323,000 balance and 27 years left. Assuming that's the smartest thing to do, is it better to decrease my monthly payments, or keep them the same and shorten the length of time that I owe?

By the way, I have no other debts (no car / credit card debt).

there are only 3 weeks till summer for me and i want to either loose weight or get toned, i weigh 138 and i'm 5'0 even how much should i loose so i don't have any extra fat hanging off the sides of my swim suit and what do i need to do. for my daily reutin i don't get a chance to eat breakfast evey morning about 2 times a week and i don't have money for lunch right now so what do i do.
