On the news it said that Kathy Hilton (Paris' mother) shouted at the Judge that he was pathetic. I thought acting like that was contempt of court. Maybe her mother needs to spend a little time in jail too.

In case you haven't hear, Paris was driving with a suspended license due to a Drunk Driving Incident. The Judge gave her 45 days in jail. But with all of that Hilton money and smart lawyers, will she go? Yesterday they said 90 days in jail. What happened?

How do I protect a file from being formated like for example I need to format my computer but I have a very important file and I do not have a Storage Device or Internet Connection and I do not want the file to be deleted during the formatting. Is there any way I can prevent the file from being formatted?

I've been fooled so many years that Creative hardware products are good. But After buying 2 sound cards, a phone modem and a CD ROM and they all sucked and died within 3 months. I'm fed up!!! just wondering who else has been raped by Creative?

I want to develop fighting moves similar to those employed by super-hero such as Dare Devil and Spider-Man. "RETURN TO SENDER"?

I mean, that means that the sender's message never got through to the person they were mailing it to. And that the person who was supposed to get the message moved and didn't tell the sender.

I saw a couple of these packages a little while ago, and it was enough to make a mailbox cry, even a Mailbox of LOVE.

Shallow in character that is. If there is one statement that can typify our century it is that the common person on the street has become as shallow as a puddle on the side of the road.

The past has not seen so much me-ism, so much self important arrogance. While it is true that these flaws of the human character have been present through out history, there has not been this level before. Today we see the mark of this society inscribed on almost every school age kid, the glorification of getting the fast car and the girl. In history 'values' were instilled into these same aged kids. Do not miss understand here, the values I speak of are the values of kindness and truth, of fidelity and the pursuit of honour over pursuit of riches.

To use the words of then, "It makes me sick to the soul.” So, my question is Why? Why is what we have today, our society, our callousness for others and hatred of difference that comes this self assured arrogance so mach better than what was in history? Is progress worth the price?

I see so many questions about people asking about how to download movies and software. And there are so many people suggesting limewire and torrents, instead of telling them that it's illegal to use pirated software or watch pirated movies. Don't people know that they can go to jail for encouraging piracy?

if not, you should. Just a note -

when buying a dog or a pup, it doesnt matter where you buy it from - petshop or breeder. apart from asking the age and health of the pups, what you need to do is ask the seller about the pups AND their parents medical history AND ask for their vets phone number (otherwise they can just lie about the history).
If they wont give it to you, then they probably have something to hide and you shouldnt buy pups from them.
if their pups and parents are healthy, immunised and have no obvious genetic problems, they will not have a problem with giving you their medical history or with you talking to their vet.
a registered dog means nothing in regard to general AND genetic health.
