My compter always retsrt automaticly also and say that i need to change my battery or outlet to aviod to lose my words...how does it cause to fix it??

i think your battery dead, you should buy new battery , and if your computer restart should be coz of system failure, you need to reinstall your OS .

Keep it charged whenever it's not mobile.
Also, get a new battery if it doesn't seem to last long.
One more thing, turn the brightness down when mobile, it saves power.

the battery around $20 and labor $50 unless you know someone knows how. if you have ebay account you can get one there cheap.

Is it doing updates that it downloads?
It sounds new, or could be stuff running that someon downloaded and is restarting it.
