Animal have more reflexive action, because they are alert all the time. Like us they do not have much protection against predictor's.We can see this more likely in herbivorous animals.

The only answer I can give is that humans are lazy creatures. Technology is making us even lazier, therefore we have no need for reflexive actions. Most wild animals need this to survive, but we can survive by just sitting on a couch lol

If you mean quicker, it may be because our brains are more complex with more connections for the message to get through that there is danger afoot.
