Well they initially made me think of one particular person that I'm not too fond of anymore, and then when I Googled them I came up with this:

Some connections transcend words.
For me, these lyrics describe the *best of* relationship that I've ever had. To describe: Imagine a conversation where you know you've communicated precisely what you mean... in that moment - in that hum of "aha!" ... you and the other person are on the same emotional/mental/physical/spiritual plane. Now that that humming moment and extrapolate it to intimate, heart deepening understanding. *That* is the connection. Words are superfluous. The hum says it all.

To me they mean that some lucky person has found someone in their lives that fills them with emotions and just makes it so obvious to them that they are loved by this other person without them even having to say it...and he/she is telling this other person that they he/she wants to do the same for this person...to tell them everything...so much, by simply saying nothing... in my opinion, i think thats a pretty beautiful thing. :)
