Would you be pissed off if your husband hugged his ex gf that he hasn't seen for years right in front of you? My wife is mad because I seen my ex who I haven't seen in years approached me and Iwe hugged, it was more or less like old freinds who havent seen each other in a long time. Was I wrong in hugging her in front of my wife?

My daughter just turned 14, her father happened to have died shortly after her birth.
He never knew of her. Nor did his family. She now wants to learn more about him and get to know his side of the family.
Also, is she qualified for any social security benifits? He was only 20 when he died and worked mainly under the table. Thank you.

Whats going on? I have checked my firewalls. I have clicked the "repair" button. No luck. I even tried the ipconfig stuff. Nothing. Unless I am doing something wrong. Help me out please.

((The rest of the computers are picking up the network just fine except my laptop. I even used a wireless card adapter. Same thing happens. Is it my laptop that has the problem? Did I damage the driver somehow?))

i would like to know how i could move out of the state with only my mothers consent. my parents have joint custody but my mother has sole physical custody. does this mean i need my fathers permission. if so...how can i get around that without legally having to be emancipated. i don't want to tear my family apart by that i would just like to move without having to deal with court visits. is there any way i can do this without having to go to court?

Do most churches develop a complex where they basicaly say what they teach is right and other churches are wrong? since there are literally hundreds of biblical interpretations do christians believe it's right for a specific sect to mud-sling another sect for their beliefs?

i.e: protestants, evangelicals Vs Catholics
Everyone Vs mormens and JW

whatever happend to loving jesus/god, repenting for your sins and reading the bible to get into heaven? do you all really have to fight over who gets in and who doesn't or whose right and whose wrong.

This doesn't apply to all christians of course.

Some say all you have to do is believe in Jesus, that he died for your sins, and that you are a sinner in need of his saving grace. Some say that you have to live a life worthy of Christ afterwards, and I agree.
But many of these same people say that I'm not a Christian. I have done the above. But because I have some doctrinal differences with them, they say I'm not a Christian. I believe Jesus can save people of other religions, even if they don't realize it is Jesus who is saving them. I believe the Bible contains some authentic teachings of Jesus, but I have seen much evidence to believe that it also contains man's word, attributed to Jesus - things he never spoke. So I don't believe every word of the Bible is from God. (I don't think God is a liar. I think man is a liar).
So, after you have accepted Jesus, you can be unsaved because of things like this? Then why say all you have to do is the above? Why not admit that you also have to believe in right doctrine?

The Egyptian mischief god, Set, whom most stories about Satan are derived from, at least the sane ones that cast him as a sort of Mediterranean Loki? Even the name Satan is taken from Set.

The Beast/666/Anti-Christ? That's just cryptic nonsense about Roman Emperors after the destruction of the Temple in 70 CE.

Mephistopheles/The Devil/Satan from Dante's Inferno?

Or the modern American incarnation who is all red with horns?

Do you people realize how much of this comes directly from fiction?

Do you really believe all of this patchwork nonsense amounts to anything real?
