I have been wanting to be a dentist for as long as I can remember. Before taking the just jumping in I worked as a D.A to see if I liked the work which I did. However somewhere I fell in to the world of design and fashion and have also been working for a BA in marketing. But now the dental bug is calling me back and I know I want to go in to dental school and eventually be an OS. I am just worried though that my all my hard work towards a BA in Marketing is going to go to waste and I have to go back and get a BS in science. Should I worry, or is the fact I have worked in the industry going to help. I also have the reasoning that they do not teach business in dental school. What do you all think?

I got a 2nd degree burn from a motorcycle on my leg. I went to see a doctor and he said it was healing pretty well. He gave me some ouchless pads to put on it.. and some ointment. I was wondering if I should keep covering it.. if it is a big deal if I don't? I just don't know what is good or bad to do while it is healing?! help!

Tonights Pirates vs Cubs are in a rain delay in the 7th. The Pirates lead 5-2 after 6 innings, and the Cubs scored 4 in the top of the 7th to take the lead. Then came the rain, will the cubs still get the win even though they had an extra at bat, and scored 4 runs as result? It's kind of unfair if so.

I have a fancy guppy that has been sitting on the bottom of the tank and breathing quickly for about a month. I recently added two guppies to the tank, thinking it was a community issue, but it hasn't gotten better. The levels are fine, I do regular water changes, but the water seems a little cloudy. The other two guppies are doing fine so far. Any suggestions?

Is it true the Top Contributor badge is a quick way to Identify someone prone to award a friend who is also awarding Best Answer back?
From the looks of some of the profiles I have seen, most Top Contributors have lots of friends and the answers awarded show it.
My question is: if there were no such thing as points for any reason , no cool simi nude avatars and were allowed to ask only 5 questions, and answer 10, would you create multiple accounts to be able to still participate in P&S?

Wood-frame merchants' houses remain from the 15th and 16th centuries as well as two fine churches dating from the 13th century. Notre Dame, begun in 1229, is an excellent example of Burgundian Gothic architecture and has a well-preserved, elaborately carved exterior. The university was established in 1722. Saint-Michel church (15th-16th centuries) is a mixture of Gothic and Renaissance architecture.

my mother in law really pissed me off by giving me the silent treatment after my wife told her about one of our fights. after that i told her i'm not going to the beach with her whole family this summer and staying with her parents because she disrespected me in front of my wife and my wife didn't do crap. she doesn't care. it's like her parents are more important. i feel not married and i told her i'm done with her parents until she respects me and that means not going to the beach with her and her parents. am i being too much of a egomaniac? it will harm my marriage but i think she'll respect me more if i stand my ground. what do you think ladies? she won't talk to her mom which concerns me. it's like well my paretns are more imortant than you.
