Is it true the Top Contributor badge is a quick way to Identify someone prone to award a friend who is also awarding Best Answer back?
From the looks of some of the profiles I have seen, most Top Contributors have lots of friends and the answers awarded show it.
My question is: if there were no such thing as points for any reason , no cool simi nude avatars and were allowed to ask only 5 questions, and answer 10, would you create multiple accounts to be able to still participate in P&S?

No to both of your questions.
Although there are some who may abuse the system, you cannot put all of us in the same catagory, just because we may have alot of points, or wear the "badge".
I do not vote because it's a friend, but because I think it's the best answer. I would expect the same from all.

I have seen people using their own 2 accounts to award best answers to each other. I saw a guy on here late one night that had like 75% best answers.
if there wasn't some psuedo competetive aspect of scoring I doubt that YA would have much participation.

yes, I still would because I don't care about points
Only time when points are good is when you can ask lots of questions using one account
