I'll try to keep simple.

Person A (Great credit, does not speak/read English fluently)
Person B ( Supposed to be "financial advisor")
Person A trusts person B - always the problem.

Person A signed paperwork to refinance home. ( or so they thought). Person B is helping out and takes person A to bank to finalize refinancing.

Sometime later... Person A does not hear from bank, finds out they signed paperwork for loan (only person A listed on loan), but where person B has access to money and is able to sign checks and spend the money - good percentage of loan is gone.

As I see it - Person A was scammed. But not quite ID'd theft since they signed the paperwork.

Now what? Does Person A have any legal recourse against Person B? I am open to suggestions... Thx.

I am just looking for fun dating, not a serious relationship yet, but don't want to put myself in the 'underdog' position. I am told that I expect too much, but why put yourself out there? Plus don't guys want to chase rather than be chased?
I am the girl that has plenty of flirtations / first dates but seldom gets past that, and my friends tell me I am not a girl with the 'bad personality' haha. :-)

Hi everyone

I am a senior member of staff and there are 2 new recruits in the office, they have been here a month and have been fully trained.

Now they are lacking in common sense.

One girl is asking about how to word a simple email to get a customer to call us! It is like I have to dictate the email to her!!

This one girl, is 24 and there is a manager is 44 and she speaks to him like he is something on the bottom of her shoe.

I will advise another girl how to work an account and she will say, 'well I dont agree with you, I will do this' WHY ASK THEN!

These girls do not seem to realise that they are on borrowed time and all I have to do is speak to the manager and get them laid off because they are incapable of working.

When the manager leaves, all they do is talk about horse hair weaves!!

What should I do about these girls because my patience is wearing thin!!

Wouldn't it be ironic if the pro-Bush Sarkozy became French President? That would make the neo-cons eat their words.

My neighbor had multiple sclerosis and the last 6 years (she recently passed) she was not able to do anything - not even wink eyelids. She lied on the bed day & night with tubes and her husband took care of her. I would bring my 3 1/2 year old daughter over to visit on average once or twice a month.

Since my daughter only saw the lady lying in a bed not ever moving - I question if she ever thought it was a real person.

I just don't know how much I need to explain next time I visit and the deceased is no longer there.

Would a 3 1/2 year old even think this was a real person since the lady never talked, moved etc?

We were so close in high school. He apparently moved to America. His name is Phil McRuch. He would be around 40yrs old. He married an italian woman & they have 2 lovely kids - Biff, who would be about 18yrs old & Sniph who would be about 22yrs old. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.
