I love to workout and every time i ate i just let 1 hour pass and do something to make me sweat and burn the calories i been eatin.I just really wanna know how long does food really digest.Thanks a lot this site is the best.

in spite of beign an intelligent creatures and be able to think,create and talk we are week physically and vulnerable,we are not as fast as cheetahs,not as strong&frosious as tigers,not able to fly as falcons,swim like dolphins.If we get attacked on a street or by animals we (humans) we be dead in matter of seconds,if we are bitten by sharks or tigers or snakes,or even other human we can't survive.
so im thinking that all humans should stop wearing those stupid clothes and wear what provide protections at least aganist normal threats (.pollution) because a belive that there will be a time where you can't go out unless you wear protection suit

Do you think that is unfear, how can he make the test and set the standers, he could make it as hard as he wants just so we cant get in to heaven, also if he is all knowing then wouldnt he already know the outcome, and wouldnt prayer be pointless if he is "testing you", I mean you never got a test that you could ask for help on as much as you want anyother time in your life, Not only that but his answer to our prayers dosent always work.Millions and millions of people prayed for the poor people Arfica, yet they still are hungry, but it must be ok becuase it is part of his test.

Im 21, 5ft,and im currently 102pnd.I have been trying to gaine weight for the past monthes,and Nothing(agh).I am eating 2x as much as i usualy eat now,and i have been taking some protein shakes..will that help me gaine some weight in 7 monthes?.I am not about eating Junk food to gaine Fat weight.Will this help me gaine At least 5 more pounds?.Or am i at a healthy weight for my height?.
