Im 21, 5ft,and im currently 102pnd.I have been trying to gaine weight for the past monthes,and Nothing(agh).I am eating 2x as much as i usualy eat now,and i have been taking some protein shakes..will that help me gaine some weight in 7 monthes?.I am not about eating Junk food to gaine Fat weight.Will this help me gaine At least 5 more pounds?.Or am i at a healthy weight for my height?.

hi well im your same height but of coarse i weight more than that.. ive been trying to lose some weight and web sites, quizzez, and even my doctor say that by my height i should weight from 108lbs to 122lbs... and just a tip dont start eating junk food that is so unhealthy and hard to turn into muscle... just eat ur 3x to 5x a day but exercise and once you start getting muscles youll start gaining weight.. because muscle weights more than fat.. well hopefully this helped

You're great first of all. To gain muscle weight... protein, and carbs... lots of 'em. And lifting weights and working out with the eating is very important too.

I'd be curious about your reasons for wanting to gain weight. You're weight is healthy.

you are at 102 pounds that is about right for your height you don't want to gain more pounds because you might get more then what you want

idk it depends on how old u are i mean if u a teen u should way lik 115-130 if in 20's u should be 135-160 u no it depends on ur age dat answers yo question ?
