with the PCOD i am very obese and it is hard to lose the weight. i don't get my periods unless i take the pill but i have to take Esstell because the normal one give me bad cramps. i have excess body and facial hair which grows back all the time (darker and thicker) i was told that electrolosis would probably not work from my old GP (but we've just recently found out he may be losing his marbles due to old age, so thankgoodness i don't go to him anymore) my ovaries are double in size and are full of cycsts and my health lately is going rapidly down hill. i have high blood pressure, high bad cholesterol and low good cholersterol my thyriod is slugish, my sugar levels are at about 4 which if left untreated will soon be in the diabetic range and last year i developed carpultunnel in both of my wrists... HELP!!! I DESPERATELY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND BE RID OF MY HEALTH PROBLEMS. Can anyone help me?

My aquarium is 220 gallon acrylic with built in filtration panels that the water flows over and in to the filter. The panels are tall so a lot of floating particles float around in the tank because they are to heavy to float up and go over the top of the panels. My filter is more than adequate size for the tank but those panels are making it hard to work with. I have a Fluval FX5 filter for tanks up to 400 gallons.
MY QUESTION IS, CAN I REMOVE THE PANELS WITHOUT HARMING THE INTEGRETY OF MY TANK ??? The tank is rectangular, 8 feet long by 30 inches deep by 20 inches tall. The panels are attached in the back corners of the tank diagonally. and go from the bottom of the tank almost to the top. They are cut like combs to stop larger things from going into the filter. and they are only about an inch and a half from the top of the tank.
Any advice would be helpful.

I think that avril Lavigne is the best singer ever. ilike the beat and the lyrics to her new song girlfriend. As the same with the best da$$ thing. If you don"t like her singing, you must be crazier than crazy! If you Don't like her, give me a few reasons why you don't. but if you answer that you don't like her singing, you know you're wrong 'cuz she's the best and you know it. I have got all her albums. but i don't got her singles. If you can get an album with all her singles on it for about the price that it is, then why get her singles just for a few bucks cheaper? I split some baby oil on my computer chair seat. And now there's a large stain from it. Is their any way I can remove this? I can't put the seat in the washer...because well...obviously it's a seat. And I can't figure out how I can remove the stain!
