If it's nonfat dry milk, measure 1/3 of a cup of powder, and add enough water to make the level reach 1 cup.

Do it 4 times to get a liter (ish).

I think people say that Soy is the best kind of milk for you. To me I can drink all kinds of milk, that's how much I like it. The taste doesn't really matter to me any more; it use to when I was a kid though. I could immediately tell the difference between the milks after a period of time of just using one kind.
