How do I solve this? I got down to the distance formula and the seconded distance formula and the derivative of that, but I think I messed it up.

My windshield wipers are only a few months old, and I live in Sacramento, California, which has rain in the winter. Wipers are only available threough the dealer, at $90.00 per pair. Does anyone have a fix for wipers that work well, yet sometimes chatter on the windshield?

My second question relates to the info I read where people say they have a hard time raising Betta fry in aquariums. I don't have any and may never but I was thinking how I have raised frogs from eggs in my kids little plastic pool. When I read that fry can starve easy well there would be no lack of food growing in there. But maybe it would get to dirty for them. It would be outside (once the weather gets nicer) but maybe that would be to cooled at night for them. Don't worry I have already thought about other creatures getting them but I would put a screen cover over top. Maybe I am out to lunch but I am curious about what you experts think. People have said how the fry do good in ponds but of course the water is running where in the pool there wouldn't be unless I set something up which I quess I could. Anyway I could talk forever but thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it.

I'm listening to his radio show.

He was pretty freaky back in the day and made some good songs, along with some bad ones, met a lot of music legends in his time, and opened the door for lots of later artists.

That said, is he as cool as he thinks he is? I think he's about 50% cool and 50% full of himself.

I never thought that until the Imus thing. Almost every white person is saying the exact same thing "Why can't Imus say 'nappy headed ho' when rappers say it?"

Thats is really poor reasoning. I also find it amusing that suddenly white people have become experts on rap lyrics. It becoming obvious that white people aren't thinking for themselves on this, it seems to me they are just parroting the same arguments that they see from the parrots on TV.
