Ok, so I go to ASU, and there are always REALLY REALLY religious guys trying to preach to us about how if we don't repent now we will burn in hell for eternity, blah, blah, blah, etc. and so forth. Well one of the guy was holding a sign and it said, and i quote "sex attracts mormons" wtf? that's the kind of stuff that makes christians look crazy, i mean i'm religious, i go to church every sunday, say my prayers before food and bed and you know try not to kill too many people (i'm being sarcastic for those who can't take a joke) but what makes people go to such measures to try and convince the youth? Do they think it actually works?

What if the problems themselves are long term? What if every approach and attempt you make to change it leads you back to the same place you started, and a few of those times even worse then when you started?
What do you do when those closest to you abandon you for no real reason? (or if there is a reason, you are never made aware of it.)
What happens when arrogant little snots are given the world on a platter and yet no matter what you do, it never works in your favor.
At what point is one allowed to give up? I pretty much gave what I had and more, and I just cannot do it anymore, the more I try, the less I gain.
Im tired of the hurt, and the bullshit, and the lies.
They suggest that suicide is a selfish act, and maybe it is, but then again you can ask those who know me, and more then a few will say I'm a very generous person, even overly generous. So at what point am I allowed to be selfish?
I am tired of being the disappointment and the loser and whatever I had left is gone

If a family has no health insurance should they pay tithes before health insurance? Before Rent? What if said family lives from paycheck to paycheck? What if they have a sick child? Should they take the money they could use for health insurance to pay tithes and hope for the best with thier child? This is a serious question, I would appreciate serious biblical answers.

Our neighbor has 3 large dogs, and one cat. The last dog is now a 7 month old lab, who would love to run and fetch outside. The owner NEVER lets them out to play, only for a split second to pee. She keep her cat locked up in the shower stall in her bathroom for years. I am worried about the dogs, plus they have torn her place to shreds. She does not walk them so they get no socialization with other dogs or cat. I feel extremenly sick about how they are locked up and then hit by a newspaper if they start to get to playful. Well sure. they are full of energy. Thanks for listening.

Have you heard about the rapture of the Church? Those that believe that the church will be raptured before the Great Tribulation rely on a story in the Old Testament about Moses, who struck a rock that was supposed to be a 'type of Christ'. Moses screwed up, and struck the rock twice and it made God angry. Moses was punished for that, and was told the he wouldn't get to enter the Promised Land, what was to be Israel.

The church is actually the people that believe in Jesus Christ, not the building. So when Jesus is said to lie in the tomb three days and three nights, he might have. Tradition may have it wrong. But what if he rose before that? and since the church is also called the 'body of christ' in the Bible, why couldn't Jesus have risen at any given time after he was put into the tomb? And the church carries the rest of the three days in terms of ( a day to the Lord is as a thousand years) waiting to be resurrected to the completion of what he said would happen?
