When I joined my current employer, I signed a job offer (giving start date, salary and annual leave entitlement) and returned a copy to them. I am desperate to leave and only want to give two weeks notice as my previous employer had offered me my old job back. I've been here less than 6 months. Can they insist on me working 4 weeks notice. I have never received a formal contract. Is my job offer, my contract of employment?

I am a Christian and have strong values toward Him. I like answering based on the Bible toward Him rather than defending, since Faith alone is why He even sent His Son for us. Why is it that people are so quick to demolish our Faith saying that it is in the lawbooks, we can't pray in public.

Also, why are so many atheists against God if they don't even beleive in Him? It blew my mind, maybe some aid or scripture to put me at ease dealing with their emails.....??
