For survival... bare minimum... 20 minutes after the work day is over (my stare blankly at the wall time), and an hour or so before I go to bed. I can be *alone* while in the company of others... but it has to be a *comfortable*... no need to entertain. Down time for my brain...

Maybe a least a hour a day my other half rarely goes anywhere which I should be happy about, but a wee bit of time alone would be nice once in a while

I average about 8 hours a day if you count time spent here as "alone time".

Too much. My husband works until about 1-2am so after my daughter goes to sleep at 9ish I use that time between 9p-1(ish)a.m. for mememe! WOW - that's like 4 hours. That's a lot, huh?!

Too much. I need at least hours every day and sometimes I won't see people for days. It' s really not good for me even though I like it.
