Proportional representation results in congressional delegations that more closely represent the political leanings of the voters. It would reduce the importance of the two major parties and give smaller parties the ability to successfully field candidates. Ending winner-take-all elections would ensure that more of the population would have the representation they desire instead of a compromise.

Ok, well my fish have ick. I have a 55 gallon tank and about 18 fish in the tank (had more but some have died). I have done 2 treatments and I see no improvement... I am going to get a water sample today when the pet store opens... I was wondering, I have picked up a quick cure and could it be that it is not a very good product? Also I have heard many different things, some say do a water change, some say no water change, it will stress the fish out more, just change the filter, I have read some quetions on line here, but I want to do everything right.. Another things, if it is over crowding that is the problem, does that mean I have to get rid of some of my fish. Also, a pet store person told me that snails can carry the ick parasite on them and there is nothing you can do and that I should get rid of the snail.. Sorry, about all the questions.. I feel so bad for my fish.. I can tell they itch, I just want to take them out and wash them off and scratch them! Any advice would be great!

If your boyfriend took you out and got drunk and then met up with a friend of his. They then drank themselves stupid and the end result was your partner got paranoid and accused you of fancying a friend of his and threatened to attack you with a glass in a pub with people all around you. Then he told you to move house as he would hurt you and threatened your family. Then left you to walk home alone at 1 am . The next day it was all apologies and said it was the drink. This happened to a friend of mine and she accepted him back. Your opinion please

It's the story of the German general at the Battle of the Bulge (I believe, I've asked a bunch of 50-year-olds who ought to have heard of it, but are acting dumb about it). Or they just don't want to tell me.

He was given a cake captured from the Americans along with the other stuff. He got up in dismay and told them that they were either losing or facing a strong, confident army. The proof is that they are carrying such luxuries as cakes along.

Last night i had a dream where i was living with my parents and siblings again and we were all living in this country house and had lots of animals. i would put a dog in one of the rooms and when i came back the dog had turned into a dinosaur and the room was filled with these animals that were half one animal and half one animal. i got scared and threw a match in the room and burned it. the next thing that happened was that i would say goodnight to my dad who was sleeping in his bed and then turned around and he was standing in front of me. then my sister would tell me that she's gonna sleep in the corner bedroom and i'd see her go into the room and close the door and then i'd walk in to the kitchen and my sister was sitting there eating and i asked her who was that who just went in to bedroom and we saw her clone coming into the kitchen but then she turned invisible which scared me and that's when i woke up. any ideas why i saw this creepy dream?

Who would you say is one of the overrated musicians ever and why? You can include a band, soloist or anyone associated with the music industry.
My obvious answer would be Tupac or Biggie Smalls, but I'm going to go against the obvious and probably really tick some people my age off.

I think Nirvana is completely overrated. Keep in mind that I love them. I own everything they ever came out with, and I listen to them at least once a week. I just remember when they first came out and everyone was so impressed with this new "sound" coming out of Seattle, and all I could think about was that I'd been listening to this kind of music for the last 3 years or so. I listened to "grundge" at least way before these guys were played on MTV. Soundgarden, Motherlovebone, temple of the dog, etc.

My own personal belief is that Nirvana is nothing compared to The Beatles, and they did not change Rock and Roll in the 90s, the movie "Singles" did.

Saw a tool like a paint roller frame, without the normal handle, just a straight shaft. Slip roller over frame, put shaft in power drill, then in dustbin, start drill...spin dry roller. Any ideas where I can get one in uk? links are great.
