Is the following a good summary of your faith?

'I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.

And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting.'

Does this summary help define Christianity for you? It does for me.

Tomorrow I have my very first appointment at the OB/GYN. It's just to confirm the pregnancy, I'm not even seeing a doctor or my midwife. The lady on the phone mentioned blood work & "filling out hospital paperwork." Being pregnant for the first time, I was wondering what usually goes on at these appointments?

Also, will have have to get a PAP again soon? I just had one on 2/1/07, which was normal.

the players arent allowed to have any fun without being fined.they run back to the huddle after scoring touchdowns.thats bullshit.these anti taunting rules have got to go.furthermore, espn needs to quit reporting every little fistfight that goes on and making huge situations out of miniscule crap.players make too much money but thats a seperate issue.how would you like it if your boss at your job wrote you a fine over a fight you had outside some bar?

This Saturday I went out and purchased a 10 gallon tank kit from wal-mart (with a heater and a filter), soem trees and stuff for the fish to hide in, 2 silver dollar's, 1 angelfish, 2 guppies, a algae eater, and 3 ghost shrimp. yesturday when I got home from work, everything was dead except for the ghost shrimp and 1 silver dollar (and the silver seemed lethergic and he/she's mouth was wide open).
The water was really warm so after I fished out the dead (they were also at the bottom of the tank and not floating) I turned the heater off, it was about 85 degrees out, and I'm not running the a/c this early in the year.
I am not sure if the silver is going to make it (I can't tell about the shrimp, they move too fast-so I'm assuming their fine).
we put them in distilled water (reccomended by the sales clerk) and I was feeding them tropical fish food twice a day, does anyone have any suggestions???

I bought this house in 1998. I lived there until last year, in which time I refinanced it twice. I am now renting the property out. I am filling out my taxes and being asked to fill in boxes with "abstract recording fees" "legal fees, title search" "title insurance" etc.

Am I supposed to add these fees from the refinancing as well?

The equilibrium conditions for SO2, O2, and SO 3 are important in sulfuric acid production. When a 0.0219 mol sample of SO3 is introduced into an evacuated 1.65 L vessel at 900K, 0.0135 mol SO3 is found to be present at equilibrium. What is the value of Kp for the dissociation of SO3 at this temperature?

Hint: write a balanced chemical equation for the dissociation of SO 3 first.

Schools are dropping the Holocaust from history lessons to avoid offending Muslim pupils, a Governmentbacked study has revealed.

It found some teachers are reluctant to cover the atrocity for fear of upsetting students whose beliefs include Holocaust denial.

There is also resistance to tackling the 11th century Crusades - where Christians fought Muslim armies for control of Jerusalem - because lessons often contradict what is taught in local mosques.

The findings have prompted claims that some schools are using history 'as a vehicle for promoting political correctness'.

The study, funded by the Department for Education and Skills, looked into 'emotive and controversial' history teaching in primary and secondary schools.

It found some teachers are dropping courses covering the Holocaust at the earliest opportunity over fears Muslim pupils might express anti-Semitic and anti-Israel reactions in class.

I just completed my Master's degree and it wasn't too difficult. I've been debating going for a doctorate eventually, but I don't want to start something that's too tough for me to finish. I'm pretty good at writing papers, but the idea of writing a 200 page book scares me. Do all doctoral programs involve writing a huge thesis? Also, I'm employeed full-time and I've got a baby at home, so I wouldn't be able to devote hours and hours to it every day. Is getting a doctorate a full-time job or is it similar to getting a master's degree? Also, this might be a stupid question, but what's the difference between a doctorate and a PHD?

Terrorism is difficult to define, but lets call it Islamic Fundamentalist Terrorism. Is that what this "War on Terror" is about? Are we fighting terrorism in Iraq or are there other motives? Is it possible to defeat terrorism with military force or are we throwing gasoline on a fire?
