Eh? Why?

I have a personal religion that I pieced together from different belief systems and my personal beliefs and I think that personal religion is best and always will be.

But why do people feel they have to follow other's religion?

Why are people so sheep-like and can't think for themselves?

Why is humanity the way it is?

Answer one or all of them. Please?

I am having a hard time getting over the affairs, It happened when i was pregnant. And I have been going to counsiling, and I really cant seem to get over it. I have been telling him I dont want to be with him anymore but he wont leave. I have been really honest with him. I need help, to make him understand.

I was surprised to people hating on cool whip (or real whipped cream) as a cake topping in my other question. So I'm sacrificing 5 points to find out what people think.

I love it! (Obviously....)
It's lighter and not as sweet as frosting. Sometimes frosting can be too sweet, and elite frosting just tastes fake. Also, I've seen lots of people scrap frosting off cake because it was too much. But I've never seen them scrap cool whip off. In fact, they usually come back for seconds.

So what do you guys think? Have you ever had it? Did you like it? If you think you should use only real frosting on a cake, why? What's wrong with cool whip?

recently accepted a position for a new job, it's at a country club and I was hired as seasonal help. I'm a college student,

Tomorrow, I'm meeting with my new manager to discuss my schedule and any days off that I might need this summer. I need a few days off and I'm a little wary about addressing this subject. I don't want to sound like a slacker asking for all these days off; however, all these events have been planned in advance and I can't really break my commitments for them. I hadn't planned on taking a new job this summer, until this great oppurtunity came along. As a result, I scheduled these events knowing I won't have an problem getting the days off, as my old job allowed me to take time off.

I need one day in early June and another in mid-August. In addition, my father is also having major sugery during the week of 4th of July. I absolutely must be at the hospital the day of the surgery and for the week he will be there recovering

Today at school, our class was writing an essay. I'm sure she didn't say it, but I might have forgotten. She said she doesn't want any old paperwork that might help you type your good essay. I didn't do this by accident and left a whole sheet of paper with the rough draft of my essay. I was going to change it anyway. Anyway, she confiscated it and just left. I handed in my good copy but what should I say to my teacher tomorrow if I feel sorry whatsoever?

Is this calculation correct to use for a 25 gallon tank?

If you have a 10 gallon aquarium. Calculate 20% of 10 gallons = 0.20 x 10 gallons = 2 gallons. Multiply the 2 gallons times 16 (cups/gallon), to get 2 x 16 = 32 cups. Use a clean measuring cup to remove 32 cups of water from your aquarium. Now mark the level of water in your aquarium with a permanent marking pen or a piece of tape. In the future, drain the water in the aquarium down to the mark and replace it with fresh tap water.

From my calculations, would I be removing 80 cups of water from my fish tank. Is that my 20% of water from my 25 gallon tank.
