1. Ronald Reagan. His leadership during the Great Depression and World War II are what held the country together, he was probably the only President that the American people actually loved (except for Kennedy, and that love only appeared after he died)
2. Lyndon Johnson. He actually was an excellent President. The only problem is that Vietnam grew out of control during his presidency and completely eclipsed his domestic agenda.
3. Bill Clinton. Massive surplus... need I say more? Not a particularly good leader but he new how to run a government and make a profit for it too. Not exactly the best husband though.

Well, because Bush was sworn in in the 21st Century I'd say either Teddy Roosevelt(whose picture I have on my wall), or Ronald Reagan(also framed on my wall). Of course Reagan was compared to Roosevelt many times.
