I'm 16 years old, 5'6, and 110 pounds. Everytime I see my mother, she tells me I'm too fat, I'm too big, and that I need to stop eating. She tells me she is saying this for my own good, so that I won't become even fatter. I know I'm not fat, everyone always tells me how proportional and slim I am, but it really hurts that my mother doesn't like me the way I am. My mom is a yo-yo dieter, and she obsesses about weight. I don't want to be like that, but I just want her to approve of me. I don't know how to lose weight in a healthy way, can anyone give me any tips? I also have a rather full face, which my mother always insults; how do I make it look thinner? Thank you for your help.
