I was just wondering how everyone is doing since January 1st of this year, and if they have been pretty vigilant about being in the process of accomplishing their goals whether it be to eat healthier, incorporate more physical activity on a daily or weekly ;) basis. One of my New Year's was to eat more healthfully which I have been pretty cognizant of, however, the physical activity aspect is still lacking complicated by neck and back problems. I also wanted to write in my journal at least weekly but haven't really done that. How are you doing thus far? :)

my new years resolution was to get a job and start working and eventually get a new car or move out my mothers home and into an apartment. i have gotten that new minimum wage job, but as of now i am still living under the same roof as my mother and still driving a peice of **** car. i am still saving up for one of the two. another resolution for me was to stop smoking marijuana and doing drugs. i feel guilty now that i just got high for the first time in 3 months today, it was all peer pressure that time. i am trying to ignore my mistakes, and assume that it never happened and continue to make better of my life.

My New Year's resolution was to quit being so anti social! No one really knew the ''crazy'' me. I just happened to be a real quiet person, who kept most things to herself. Obviously, from another's point of view, I seemed like a totally boring person. I'm proud to say I'm so much more sociable now :) I grew so much closer to my friends & I made lots of new ones aswell!

Another was to start being happy. I always used to let my emotions take complete controll of me. Endless problems always caused me to be depressed. Also cause of something in the past, It took a great toll on me. I've stopped blaming myself now.

If you let every single thing in life affect you, you're never gonna be happy. Now I just take things into my stride. I've started loving myself :)) I find solutions to problems that I think I can solve. As for the rest, I just leave it alone :) Sometimes, stuff just sorts itself out :)

Yes, I have. A couple of years ago, I decided NOT to have anymore New Year's resolutions, and I have stood by that since.
