With the ever increasing debate on carbon emissions, the rise in fuel duties, vehicle tax, congestion charging and the banding of parking according to the vehicles emissions (in an increasing number of London boroughs)
When is the government going to clamp down and penalise the biggest polluters in London, namely the antiquated London buses and London taxis. Have any figures been released on these and their contribution? They are are chucking it out 24hrs a day, seven days a week..... What price do they pay?? In the years i've commuted into London, I've only seen 1 solitary 'green' (hydrocell, i believe) bus on trial. Time for Ken to put his hands in his pocket and divert some of his CC cash on developing a greener London I think. And that doesn't mean opening up more cycle lanes at the expense of the already harassed motorist. As for Cabbies.. why not legislate a fleet of hybrids??

I have seen so many "different" types of this, is it all the same? are there different cases that are labeled differently? EXAMPLE: A friend goes out with a friend to look for a job one day, to go to walmart another day, and a movie on the weekend. (just as a minder, this is in a swinger community, but this person does not follow those standards.) Someone gets overly jealous because this person is married, albeit this person getting upset is married as well, and creates a situation of this person going out with his/her friend. The situation goes from "This married person is young and naive and will sleep with anyone" to, "This person's Husband/Wife is known to follow people and hurt them" to "Get out of my house, you are endangering my family". Knowing that this scene is completely fabricated, he/she blames this person for not thinking things through before spending time with a friend. I am stumped. I know how to deal with it, I just don't know what kind of behavior this is. Thanks!

This is sort of like an idea for a plasma gun.
you get a paintball gun, instead of co2, you refill the canister with a dense inert gas like xenon.
You get a high voltage source, like a car ignition coil or flyback transformer (if you dont know what these are, google and youll find answers immediately). Basically, these things take a small voltage (7-12volts) and output it at one terminal, using the ground as the other. The output is usually several hundred thousand volts, enough to arc over terminals and other metal objects.
At the tip of the barrel fit a end of a wire connecting to the transformer. Do not let the wire touch the barrel itself, just close to it.
My hypothesis is that when the xenon has rushes out of the barrel, the high electric output will excite the xenon into plasma, and the ouwards force will carry the plasma over some distance.

I was layed off from my job and was collecting for a few weeks. Then my claim I had open was to expire because I had the claim open for a year. So I was told to renew my claim. I did and now have to have another waiting week before it starts again. My question is will it continue from the previous claim or will my new claim be like the old one never existed?? Do I have the full amount of weeks to collect over again or just the remainder from before??
