Considering that Vista is not only very expensive, but that much of the software and hardware wont work with it, why do people put up with it?

when i was looking at my fish tank this morning i noticed something on one of my plants, on a closer inspection i noticed it was a snail!!! how did it get in my tank? its only a tiny snail, but i havent bought any snails so how did it get in there? do i need to remove it?

My now preschool-age son has been eating them with his oatmeal for months to keep him regular (He used to have chronic constipation and the flax seeds helped to wean him off Miralax.) I think they would benefit my 9 month-old daughter, as she's still having problems adjusting to solids- straining and crying with every BM.

Don't you find it disturbing that while everyone is all in a dither over us being attacked here at home by terrorists--that with nearly a half million tobacco related deaths in the U.S. per year--those guilty of these alarming number of deaths are given a pass (in the name of commerce and profits)?

President Bush claimed in the days after 911 that "You're either with us, or you are against us." He was speaking of other governments around the world. What I want to know is why is the U.S. Govt is not held to those same standards? Why don't we, get just as worked up over this as we do foreign terrorism? We've lost 6 Million lives to tobacco since 911.

My brother who is in INDIA, is a Hindu, and is separated and has been wanting a divorce for several years, but wife will not give one even though she decided to separate from him. They have two teenage kids who follow their mom's advice and do not even see my brother. He has been advised to make his will since he is ill. He does not want to leave anything to his separated wife, he is willing to leave some assets for his kids but is afraid the mother will use the money for her own interests. So he wants me his sister to inherit his assets with the understanding that I would given them to his children if they get an education and are able to live independently on their own two feet, and live decently. I would gladly do that since I love my nephews and understand my brothers reluctance to simply leave money to them when they have no money sense and also the real threat of it being used up by the mother for things other than education. Can he make his will out so that I inherit his assets?

I posted a question on here askin people if they knew how to get a personal loan and a man by the name of mr. walter cole responded back and said he would help me get the loan his email: is tandata_loan_company@yahoo.com does anyone know if this legit? I have been looking for instructions for easy dice games online and I haven't really found any. I get pretty busy and I try to take time out to sit down and play a game with my son and dice games are so easy and quick to get going. We play Farkle all of the time and have a lot of fun but I am looking for something new. I am looking for games that use regular dice, and no gambling (he's 9) Any ideas?
