last august we went on a trek in cavite, philippines.we were at the summit about to start descent.treading down the cliff, i slipped, and to avoid falling off the cliff,my instant reflex was using my arm to keep me from rolling.I broke my left arm real bad. one part of one of my bones got separated so my arm literally was an S and U shape. i was so scared that theyre gonna amputate it. they didnt but the bad news is, its too broken they cant just cast it.
i had to go through surgery so they can fix my arm.they literally drilled 2 titanium plates to hold my bones together. worse, they didnt stitch me up,they used medium sized staples.to top it all off, im allergic to painkillers.
the plates are gonna be in there permanently.
it was the most painful physical experience for me. the hospital.the evil nurses.the nightmares.the rehab.
ive still got 2 more months of physical therapy to go.
two long scars to remind me of this ordeal.
so here i am, a real life cyborg.an xmen.
but hey, I thank God everyday that i didnt fall off that cliff, im still alive and I didnt lose my arm :)

When I was a baby, my drugged up uncle accidentally threw me over the balcony of a two storey house. I fell on my head on a concrete floor. I have no recollection of this incident, but my mom said that I spent a couple months in the hospital and my head had swollen to twice its size, with my eyes bulging out. I was a fright to look at. The doctor said that the fact that I was a baby, I was able to recover without any brain injury. The skull is still quite soft at that age. I was very lucky.

My friends and I went bridge jumping one night like we had done many times before. We went at around midnight to a bridge we had never jumped off before but we had kayaked down the same river in the past. Well, we couldnt see how high the bridge was over the water. When I jumped, it felt like I was'nt ever going to land and I lost my position and neded up hitting the water in the 'sitting in a chair' position. When I got out, I was in so much pain I could barely move. It was so bad that my friend ended up driving me to the ER where I learned that I had literally fractured my butt. This is a pain that I do not want anyone else to ever have to go through!!

When I was walking barefoot in the carpet and a sewing needle was sticking up and I stepped on it and it broke off into my heel bone. My dad tried to dig it out with a knife. Ouch! That hurts just thinking about it. I ended up having to have the doctor digging in it and finally took me to the surgery room where they could see it and got it right out.

Broken face....honest !!!!
I was hit by a line drive in Baseball, and it shattered my cheekbone and eye socket, leaving me with permanent nerve damage...It sucks hard !!
I also cut off half of a thumb, which couldn't be replaced... so that is a close second, but the face thing is definitely worse !!!

the worst injury was when i almost fell off my bathroom floor...only after seeing blood all over i realized i cut my right leg's thumb toe 1 cm deep...n silly me, instead of putting my leg in cold water i dipped it into the hot water i just had a bath with...
lol...more than seeing the blood everywhere i was afraid to inform my dad bout it coz he's pretty panicky when it comes to such accidents....but i couldn't ignore the inevitable...lol..the moment i got out of my bathroom i told me my mom i cut my toe...n dang..." IDIOT!" is the first reaction i got from my dad who overheard me....

Once when I was washing a glass it broke while my hand was in it and cut it up pretty bad. I had to get some stitches. I've been pretty darn lucky so far. *knocks on wood*
