I recently got promoted to night supervisor at my job, now it seems that my co-workers that i thought i was cool with hate me. Everytime i delegate tasks to my co-workers i get back talk, rolling of the eyes, just plain disrepect.On more than one occasion i had to go to upper mgmt. on some of the employees, and someone even had the nerve to put in the suggestion box for me to stop being bossy. I know for a fact other mgmt are much harder on them, i consider myself to be very easygoing.It looks like I can't handle my staff.It's already tough to be the only ethnic woman in my position working there.I just don't know what to do,I used to enjoy my job now i dread going there.What should i do?

i am 13 yrs and my weight is 133 pounds. all people of my age are much thinner and r of less weight. i seriously want to lose weight. my hieght is 5ft 3 inch. but i look a bit fat. i eat junk food (pizza, etc) only once a month keeping my weight in mind. my father and brother are thin but i am fat. i have fat deposit mainly near my lower part of legs and upper arms. i want myself to look and be thin. can u help me please?

I left previous company 9 months ago. After my last day of work, I continued to receive paychecks and I was under the assumptions that the payment was for my left over holidays accrued. 2 months later, they sent me a letter indicating an overpayment and request that I return the amount. I sent them a registered letter asking for breakdown of the overpayment and the vacation days accrued. No response from them. 2 months later, I sent them another registered letter for an update on the status. No response again. Now, it has gone to collection agency. I called the central payroll dept and they asked me to call my local HR. I did. No answer. Left her a voicemail but no reply. What can I do now? Thanks for your response.

Me and my sister are like a year and six months apart. She always tries to put me down all the time I cant even trust her. she went as far as trying to break me and my fiance up for her own revenge about me not letting her borrow my shoes! My mom says she's jealous because i'm younger and have more things going on for my self. I love my sister but she is just so heartless when it comes to me. I can ask her a simple question and shell answer me like if I'm crap. I cry sometimes because it hurts me alot. I hate the fact that she looks at me like competition and she is not happy when im doing good. She started rumors about me at school about personal things that only she knew i thought i could of trusted her with my secrets and she tells everyone, she slept with a guy that I used to talk too behind my back, she talks to my enemies like if they were her best friends. I dont get it why does someone want to hurt their own sister it sucks! I never done anything to hurt her need advice?

i know x^2(x+2) is x^3+2x^2 but i don't know if it holds true for x+2(x^2) as the x+2 isn't in brackets.

It would be great to have people sharing their experience and suggestions here cuz it's really hard to find a good pick-up line that can easily break the ice, make them laugh and get them to talk for at least 5 minutes.
