well, it is : رÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ - Releen, (Gulf accent) and as google say, it means "legs"!, in the normal arabic Legs = Rejlein!!!
It's really strange to have it as a necklace (or whatever u call it in english lol) .. anyway if i were u ill not buy it !! :)
