help but please dont judge?

a year and a half ago i done sonethin really stupid and had sex with my best mates fiance and she found out and forgave me,any ways her fiance is now trying to blackmail me into sleeping with him again iv told him in no uncertain terms to get to hell but he is saying unless i sleep with him he is gonna tel my mate that i have been sleeping with him anyway im not stupid enough to do it again i just want him to leave me alone especially as my friend is pregnant with their second child please help dont judge me

Is lack of sleep bad for your skin?

I've been suffering from DSPS for a while now, and how only recently been able to bring my sleeping schedule back on track. I'm on the Pill, and generally have fairly clear skin. However, I've noticed that a night with little to no sleep leaves my skin extremely blotchy and itchy. Is it because of my sleeping patterns?

am i being stupid? im so confused?bf trouble?

My bf and i split up at the begining of the year,and he moved out of our home (by the way we have 2 kids together)But latelty we have been talking and we realise that we love and miss each other.During the time we were apart he got together with another girl (he says it didnt get far and he didnt sleep with her),but he told me that it felt wrong and that it just confirmed his feelings for me.He has aslo told me that he has ended the relationship/friendship.He also tells me that he wants to move back in and be a family again but he has some things to sort out first.He says he will be home within the nxt 2 weeks.I can understand that but what i dont get is when i phone him sometimes he is a bit off with me.sometimes he puts the phone down on me half way through the conversation and he says that i am smothering him by calling all the time and telling him i love him. I just want him to know that i love him and want to be a family again.am i kidding myself?or am i reading to much into it?

Am I wrong for being upset that my sister started seeing my ex 1 week after I was with him?

I was seeing this guy for a month. I didnt even know that he didnt want to see me anymore then my sister moves in with him. She had been living with me before moving in with him. She says she didnt plan on it happening but it just did. This guy said he was falling in love with me. I am confused and feel betrayed. Not because he was so special but because I feel like she disregarded my feelings. I think she should have came to me and told me. Not let me find out by showing up with him at my home a week later. Am I wrong?

Real time LCD screen display?

I want to have an LCD screen displaying the price of gold in real time, connected by wifi to internet. But i don't want to use an entire computer for it. I.e. i want to be able to move it around and use wifi hot spots. Strange idea i know but does anyone know how i could possibly build it?
