I've been suffering from DSPS for a while now, and how only recently been able to bring my sleeping schedule back on track. I'm on the Pill, and generally have fairly clear skin. However, I've noticed that a night with little to no sleep leaves my skin extremely blotchy and itchy. Is it because of my sleeping patterns?

yeah it is bad because during sleep our body heals from the wear and tired that we did to our body during the day.

lack of sleep is bad for your whole body. it is during sleep, that your body heals itself, and your immune system builds up.
