I have three: 14,13 and 11 (who may as well be a teenager)
It's so overwhelming sometimes how angry they get me. I need advice on how to calm down before I have a heartattack or kill someone !!! (not really gonna kill anyone but would sure love to do some damage sometimes!!!)
How can I learn to just let things roll off my back without them thinking they won or that they can take advantage of me?

so this girl works with me, she's friends with me
She gave me her number last week.

so first I texted her Thursday after work, but she didn't reply back , so I called after few hours, but I hung up after 3 rings.

But she didn't return my call all day,

so i called again today, and she was out with her family (seemed like she like that i called her) but i told her “If you’re busy I’ll let you go, I can talk to you later.” So I hung up..

Should I text her back saying "hey sorry if is disturbed you, but this is my number so you can call me whenever...” stuff like that? or should I just call her back? Or leave it alone?

eating black seed (Nigella sativa) is recommended by muhammad s.a.w because it can heal a lot of illness.last time i got gastric,i eat black seed powder,and it's really heal my gastric.

i just got another gastric this morning,so i try black seed oil.now in afternoon,my head feel so hurt.but last time i eat black seed powder,nothing happened,not headache.

does everyone take black seed oil feel like this?

my toaster is getting pretty gunky. sure you can take the crumb trays out and shake the darn thing and get what you can out but, a lot of it is still inside. years ago they used to sell dime size brushes to reach way down inside and sweep away the crumbs without any damage to the coils. i thought about compressed air but i don,t want to go to the hardware and purchase an air compressure just for that job.

how would you cope? How do you regard all of the staff members (doctors,nurses,assistants,chaplains,etc) who do their VERY BEST on a daily basis to help your loved one even if you may not seem to think so?Do you ever consider what the stress of their job involves?Do you ever think spirituality is a part of this calling to their job?

I am in the process of purchasing a townhome that has popcorn ceilings. I know the way to remove it, long and tedious. However, I was watching a home improvement show today where they dry walled over the ceiling! I do have higher ceilings, is this really an alternative to the old way??

I just saw an article that gives a bunch of reasons NOT to use corn-based Ethanol. Especially since it's one of our base grain foods. Why aren't they going with Biodiesel - the veggie van, that was a great example. Plus in Texas, there's a ton that runs all of their garbage trucks off greenenergy made from their landfill. Which they've in turn made into a fuel processing area. If you watch YouTube there are tons of alternative energy choices we could be making in the US. How do we get more people to discover what we have the ability to do now; then while we set it up and use it, continue to try improving it.
Why is it that things that make sense are so hard to get acted upon?
