so this girl works with me, she's friends with me
She gave me her number last week.

so first I texted her Thursday after work, but she didn't reply back , so I called after few hours, but I hung up after 3 rings.

But she didn't return my call all day,

so i called again today, and she was out with her family (seemed like she like that i called her) but i told her “If you’re busy I’ll let you go, I can talk to you later.” So I hung up..

Should I text her back saying "hey sorry if is disturbed you, but this is my number so you can call me whenever...” stuff like that? or should I just call her back? Or leave it alone?

Leave it alone, you did your part now its up to her to call. If shes interested, she'll call. If not, don't push it.

Well, I'm going to assume that you like her enough and care for her because you post this up here. Also, this has been going on for weeks almost, and I think you liked it that she seemed to like it that you called her.

' “If you’re busy I’ll let you go, I can talk to you later.” So I hung up.. '
- when this happened, when you hung up perhaps she was glowing after your phone call maybe even because she can say that you rang her.

I'd like to say that the possibility is above average that the feeling between you two is mutual.

Perhaps you could stop hiding the telecommunication wires and screens - be a man. Come out with it, perhaps ask her if she'd like to have coffee with you after work or go somewhere just the two of you during your breaks. a museum with be nice, maybe. whatever suits you. (I just thought museum because you might be the type who would be stimulated by a place like this since you seem to put a lot of thought in things. But then again, think of your girl - what does she like? That's quite important.)

Bonne chance. And with all what I said, I hope your intentions are clear to you. To yourself. I hope this isn't going to be a plaything-fling between you.
Let her know your intentions.
Best.

Well, if she gave you her number first, then I wouldn't leave it alone. Yeah, text her and give her your number or call her back. I'm kind of leery around texting people if I don't know their cell phone plan. It could cost them money to send or recieve texts. You know what, you should just call her some other time. Or talk with her at work. Either one is good, but make sure she knows your number. Then you should leave it alone.

If you want to find out if she likes you your going to have to play the waiting game and I would let her call or text you and that way you will know if she is interested or not. Don't get to pushy or she will not call you back and you will become an annoyance to her instead of someone she wants to talk to. Leave it a lone and let her take it from here

Hi,
well she probably has your number in her phone already if you've called and texted her. I know its hard to be patient, but you are gonna see her at work anyways, so for now just wait and let her call you. Either way, don't worry to much about it, if she likes you and you like her, eventually things will work out, but don't push it too much at the beginning. It was good you called her, so just wait and see.

just leave it alone and when you see her again just act natural
and if she ask you why you called tell her you had a fight and need to talk
