happy and make you feel better.

Of course with caution. But why not you avoid those 3 days and be careful instead of facing trouble. Yoga is for regular timings and not with a doubtful way.

If the showgirls in las vegas can still perform on the cotton pony i think doing yoga youd be just fine.
id think it would help relieve the pains from cramps.. ahh meditation!

Yes, as long as you feel physically up to it. It will actually make you have less cramps and other symptoms, of course you want to choose days when you aren't heavy and stick to the just before for the benefit of no cramps.
