My friend is only 15 and having unprotected sex with guys way older than her. For the past few months I've been taking her to get pregnancy test after pregnancy test. I spent a while telling her about babies and how she should use protection only for her to call me a few days after requesting another pregnancy test. I think she's either afraid to ask the guys to strap up or she just doesn't want too but she's a soph. in high skool and i'mma Senior just tryna be a good role model and tell her right from wrong...its not working...I even asked her to go to the clinic and get condoms or get the pills and she acted as if she didnt know what a condom was and told me she was on the shot once but it hurt too bad.....what am I to do, i dont want her to end like some of the girls I've seen get pregnant and struggle thru school????

I think many Ph.D. degree holders, particularly those in the social sciences, want to land a tenured faculty position at the university/collegiate level. However, not all, or perhaps a majority end up in research or some applied position other than teaching. So, how difficult do you think is it to land a teaching job even with a Ph.D.?

Right now only the military personnel and their families are at war with Iraq; the rest of us have been asked to contribute nothing. Other wars have brought on victory gardens, war bonds and fuel and food rationing. We get a tax cut this time around. ok you know how eating greasy and junk food will make your skin break out? well its happened to a lot of my friends bt i eat nothing but junk food and foods that people should stay away from if tehy want clear skin and somehow my face never breaks out. i get a couple of small blackheads on my nose but my nose is the only place where i get blackheads or so, once in a whiile i get one bump on my forehead but it goes away before its noticable.

Please, don't respond with the first thing that comes into your mind -- think about it for awhile.
I have done a lot of thinking about this question lately, but I still struggle to come up with a concrete answer. Perhaps someone has one.
In my opinion, there is nothing different between classical music than popular music (or mass music) other than the image that is associated with each "genre." My best answer is that people don't want to be associated with classical music as its image may somehow degrade them in various ways. This also works with different "styles" of music.
Tell me what you think.
