Go to http://www.highspots.com for pro wrestling specific gear.

Amateur wrestling gear can also be used.

I have bought singlets from http://www.usawrestlingproducts.com in the past. They are a good company to buy from.

Alot of them get their pads from companies like Trace, McDavid, Nike, Body Glove, and Bike. Many of the gloves you see them wear are either by Nike or Mechanix a brand of gloves popular with professional auto mechanics. I own a pair of them myself.
