I am writing a Constitutional Issue Report for a CJ class I'm taking. The case I am wroking on is Michigan V. Long. I need to make up a constitutional question that is at the center of my case. I know its a 4th Amend. Issue. I know it involves searchs and stop and frisks but I dont know how to "make a question out of it." Someone PLEASE help!

My husband and i have been married for 7.5 years and we are currently seperated. The rest of the family and friends that i have think that i am doing the right thing. In my head I know that I am doing the right thing, but in my heart i feel like I am dying. all the people that i have talked to said that i could do better and find another man that could take care of me and that would be better for me. But i think that i have found that man the only thing is all of them say that i love him a hell of alot more then he likes me. he is not making an effort to meet any of the goals that he needs to aquire before i let him back in. I think that you should know that when he needs something like money or food or sex that he knows who to call. but he never calls just to talk. I find that he is very nice to me and wants to spend time with me when he knows that i am about to get money. i think that i should tell you that we split because of drugs and the company that he was keeping.

My family is planning to take a trip this summer to the greek islands in august and i have two children, one of 17 and the other of 16 and they are bringing friends. We want a place where they can have fun with their friends (good nightlife) and where there are many people of their age (mainly brits). where do you recommend we go: crete, santorini or the mykonos? Also, which towns in these islands are central to all the nightlife and good restaurants, and have good accomadation?

That the Shinto Kami (Gods) are Japanese Mythology, But when you search for Jesus they call him a Historical figure???

Isnt this wrong? Have any of your Gods been called Mythilogical while Jesus is called Historical?
