Sambuca is often used rather than sugar to sweeten espresso coffee. A traditional Italian preparation is sambuca con mosca (literally, "with flies"); sambuca served with three coffee beans representing "health, wealth, and happiness", dropped into the drink.
Enjoy!

Besides going online and finding some ridiculous recipes you can make some simple mixes. I been a bartender for a while now and i have heard and tasted a lot.
1. Jager and Sambuca called (liquid cocaine which used to be called a dead nazi ....lol ...i guess cause mixing sambuca( which is italian, with jager which is german)
2. Here is a group shot that will get one toasted!!!!! 3 martini glasses, pour a shot (1.5 oz) of sambuca in one. In another glass pour one shot of blue curaco. In the other layer kahlua ( or any coffee liquor)and bailys (or any irish cream whiskey)
Sambuca lights up cause is 100proof (50% alcohol and anything over this lights up). Light up the martini glass with sambuca then start pouring the other 2 glasses into the sambuca on fire. Pour slowly to the sides so u dont put the flame out. If you have cinnamon powder sprinkle on top as you will see some miniture fireworks. This is a big drink so u might need at least 2 other people to drink it, so get everyone a straw, put the flame out by blowing on it, dip the straw and enjoy........... it has always impressed my friend and it looks cool, especially the cinnamon trick. It sounds hard but it is not.
3. The best way to drink sambuca is.....half shotsambuca....drink and keep the samb. in your mouth, tip your head back and light it up......it changes its flavor a bit and itsa great..... close ur mouth quickly after lit, do not do try this if you have had more than 3 drinks. Its dangerous but but fun.
There are plenty of drinks, this two were in the top of my head......and as far as the last one please be carefull, i know my liqours and their abillity (density, alcohol %, and how to put it out in fire) so dont try it if you feel is too dangerous.
Have fun
