I normally go to a boxing gym to get my exercise in but recently my working patterns are making this very difficult. I live in a very small apartment and can't really make much noise. I also can't really go jogging outside because I live in a bit of a rough area and would only be home at night. I can't afford to go to a gym that would be open during the late nights, How can I get my exercise in? I hate it when I can't exercise and really need some tips on how to do it indoors.

I sometimes get really emotional when i watch anime, like naruto and furits basket and i want to be in there with them, and i dont want ot live here anymore. I am i guess really depressed and i hate this life and want to life in the anime world. i dont know what to do and i cant seem to figure out what the problem is.

Well there this guy i really like and he has asked me out but i keep making excuses so i dont go out with him. Basially my parents won't let me go out and they won't let me have a boyfriend. They just want me to be focused on my education. The only time i'm allowed out is when it is summer, when there is no college, they say that i can go out but when i want to they say no. Plus i really don't want to disappoint the guy i like and i think he is annoyed with me at the moment because i told him im going out and he has replied to my text message at all today!!!!! please help !!!!!!

my mother scratched up my glasses and sent them away for a week to get fixed.
my contacts have been scraching my eyes and i dont know why and i am down to my last pair and guess what! i have to either wear them for the next week and completely destroy my eyes or go blind... which should i choose? and oh by the way im stlil in school so pretty much im screwed. What did I do wrong with this?
f(x)= -x^2+4x+2
I divide 4 in half which is 2 and then double it which is 4.
Add +4
-x^2+4x+2+4
(-x+2)(-x+2) +6
(-x+2)^2 +6
the book says the vertex is at (2,6)
shouldn't it be opposite the sign within the parenthesis? which would be -2 or did i mess something up?

there is a red dot on my face. People believe that it's a pimple or a sore. they always ask me if i got hert or if i have a pimple on my face and i have had this for about two years. it just popped up and i dont know how. i think its a popped blood vessel but i believe it would have gone away by now. My friend and my boyfriend have one and my friend said she is going to get her's lazered off but i want to know what it is and how to get it off whithout getting it lazered off Thanxx I hope u know what i need and what i am talking about. i love u JK!
