Regardless of one's opinion regarding the morality of abortion, this was a poor decision from a legal standpoint.

Not only did the justices rely on the specious argument that there is a right to privacy to be found in the "penumbra of rights", they went far beyond their proper constitutional role and acted as a second legislative branch by defining legality based on the trimester system.

I doubt that I woulud have agreed with any decision legalizing abortion, but I would have had a lot more respect for that decision if it simply said "yea" or "nay". Anything beyond that belongs to the legislative branch.

What do you pro-choice people think? Please note, I'm not addressing abortion itself, strictly the opiio rendered in Roe.

does anyone else get terrible gas pains since becoming pregnant? I am almost thirteen weeks and i get these terrible pains everyday. i am 100% sure it is only gas. i guess i just want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing or not...

My son is 15, growing like a weed but railthin. I am at wits end finding jeans that fit. No one seems to sell the size that he needs. I thought Levis 501 would offer that size, but no such luck. Okay...so I wasn't even thinking when I did this...but I invited a guy that is interested in me to my house for dinner. We've hung out a couple of times but it was kind of in a group setting, so I really haven't talked to him one on one. So when I invited him over my house for dinner he said okay...but I don't think he knows I still live at home with my family. Would this scare you if you were a guy?? cuz i used to have my hair down to my lower back, but since i straighten it everyday it broke off so bad i had to cut it to my shoulders. it still has split ends, but definitely not as much. wearing it not straight to school is definitely not an option bcuz since it so curly its verrry short. umm what can i do to it to make it stronger and longer?
