Most people will tell you to use products on the outside, I say that's fine too, but also make sure you eat well. Eating well will ensure you have great looking hair with great body.

Also, don't wash your hair as often, so that natural oils can build a little and these will protect your hair better than any conditioner.

If you don't have dandruff or any scalp disease you should be fine with going without washing your hair at least a couple days up to a few months, just don't use product on it(hairspray etc). Start by just washing it every other day, then go from there. Your hair will thank you!

keep the dead ends trimmed off and keep your hair healthy.. try to style your hair differently some days where you wont have to use the flat iron on it. because that is literally frying your hair. just keep it healthy and trimmed about every 2 or 3 months. also some people say to take prenatal vitamins (like what pregnant women take to stay healthy) and they're suppose to help your hair and nails grow long and strong. it might be worth a try?!

Quit straightening your hair. Eat more protein. Hair grows from inside your body - more vitamins

You need to get a good protein conditioner and sit under the hair dryer to let it penetrate. Try Sally's beauty supply they sell them by the pack or you can it by the jar.

use a deep conditioning mask for dry/damaged hair once a week. always use conditioner after washing your hair and use a heat protection spray before straightening your hair. it works for me and my hairs nearly down to my waist.

take prenatal vitamins. they make your hair and nails grow faster, and don't hurt you at all. it's vitamins.
