Hair color help!?

I am a 45 yr. old female with brunette/gray hair. no hair coloring looks good on me. if i try to go lighter, it turns reddish. and i know better than to go darker. help.

If you are using a hair color make sure to choose one with a green base. This will prevent the red from coming up. Try going to this site. Clairol is the recommened hair color to use.

whats so bad about darker its better for your hair than going lighter?...

Try brown (mild) with clear little reflexes...

think about highlights or use a rinse
