hi am priyanka age 19 yrs height 5.5 " n weigh 87 kgs...
i am a very active person.. n can try ma level best to diet... but need to loose soon.. i was 92 kgs.. n came down till.. but tat was jus by chance... i mean i started starvin n stuff.. which i know was not right so stopped.. but cos of those 5 kgs.. am now gettin into shape.. i was into dance classes.. but durin one class.. fell down n ma knee cap got shifted.. knee is fine as of now.. but ma instructor felt i\this happened cos of ma over weight.. i have started gym now,.. n sweat a lil,, but a wan rapid results wat do i do??? any changes in the eatin habits if u cud suggest? wat kind of excersises if u cud suggest??? pls help soon...
