There's a storyline coming up where Luke gets a boyfriend. Checking casting spoilers for a guy named Noah, he'll be arriving on the canvas soon as a potential love interest for Luke.

I don't know. Having him being homosexual is a little touchy for day time television. they have never really done anything like this on ATWT.
