Is beauty really skin deep? Or maybe pocket deep or/and political power? In general, White/Caucasians are accepted as the standard of beauty (very generally speaking here). Do you think that as other countries such as China which is becoming wealthier and politically more influential world wide challenges the long standing view of beauty, judged against Whites? for example, are Chinese (and other Asians) being (or will be) perceived to be more attractive because China is becoming more powerful?
