How much carb you have at lunchtime will determine how much weight you lose. You need the grains to stop your skin sagging. Millet is good as it has the 8 essential amino acids.
Try substituting nuts (not peanuts they're legumes) for some protein meals
You may feel full of energy and want to stand which burns more energy.
Deep breathing is also another way to get oxygen into your body to lose weight. Purse your lips on the exhalation so that breathing out is an effort for your diaphragm.
Alkalising your body will lose weight. see your local pharmacist or health food store about alkaline water or supplements such as magnesium. Altertnatively eat more fruit and veges, less meat, no alcohol and not too much starch. No sugar or processed foods of course.
Get a body vibration machine. You lie on it or stand on it and it shakes you. Just make sure you drink water before and after.

Keep up lots of activity you must sweat to make a difference, get your fresh air,breathe properly and check your posture. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, eat lots of fruits and veggies. Do not eat past 7:00 in the evening. Swimming is excellent for toning the muscles.Visualize that you have already lost the weight. Good Luck

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

I kinda feel the same as far as working out and dieting. I just joined a gym and i would suggest using machines that work out one specific area, and there are a bunch of different machines that work out whatever you want it to. It is hard at first and you might be a little sore but it is just as if not more effective than cardiovascular, and it seems less "sweat oriented," which is what i like. I just started doing this, and it works well. As far as the diet, i suggest eating foods that you eat the foods that you like, just the healthier versions like lean cuisines. weight watchers has a line of food that is called smart ones... i think..... and they are really good. For snacks, they make all kinds of 100 calorie packs of good foods. they even make 100 calorie packaged Pringles...my fav. This way you aren't really on a diet, cuz you are eating the foods that you like, but its really healthy! Smart Ones even makes really good deserts! Well, good luck to you! Oh... by the way, about how many pounds are you? I dont know what kgs are.

I would say drastic changes require simple but consistent action. First, increase water intake.....lots of it. Water helps flush out toxins, aids in digestion, and improves blood circulation. I would recommend drinking half your body weight in ounces of water per day. In your case, roughly about 70-8- ounces of water. If you work out, you're gonna drink more than that once you break a good sweat. Next, watch your portions....don't overeat and stay away from junk food...chips, cookies, cakes, candy, pastries, things you know are bad for you.
In terms of working out, cardio cardi cardio... treadmills, elliptical machines, stair climbers, etc... Don't crank up the speed and overexert yourself. Start slow and steady and speed up when it's comfortable. Personally, I like to make sure around the 6th or 7th minute of cardio, I get a good sweat going. If you increase the amount of cardio, the faster your metabolism will transform. It took you a while to get to the weight you're at now, it's gonna take a little time to get rid of it.
If you don't exercise, make sure to keep the water in the equation...that in itself can help you lose lbs. Good luck !

rule #1 do not eat after 6pm all that you eat turn to fat eat well in the morning and the midle of the day do as much work out that you can for the most try a nylong suit they sell it in the sport good but be really carefull dont want to over do it and do not take anything that can maximace the whater retencion

Please eat well balance, healthy foods each day, meats, carbs, veggies, fruits. Drink 8 - 8 oz glasses or 4 - 16 oz bottles of water per day. Plus, due to dance class, I am sure you do warm up stretches, etc. Maybe walking up to 30 min per day, or swimming, etc. would be another way to exercise. Take care.

regular exercises is needed but most important is in diet. over weight is caused by the excess fat in our body.If u wn my opinion,i suggest u to attend 'correct' yoga classes.It cn efficiently cut down the weight.beauty is important to a girl but no any reason to harm our healthy body.know?!!
My friend also over weight b4 but nw she become slimer n very thin.But she lost her health.
In diet,i suggest u to drink lime juice/lemon juice in the morning b4 u hav ur breakfast.in ur breakfast try to dont involve any fatty food such as meat,sausage,chocolate,etc..at lunch u cn take in food based on ur wholeday work.but dont over.in dinner,cn juz take in fruits if u r hungry.Banana cn solve hunger.NO supper!2 hours b4 sleep plz dun take in any food or u cn juz drink plenty of water. i thnk this wil help u..
