I have been elected Treasurer of our 50 unit homeowners association. I purchased Peachtree Accounting Pro, thinking it would help me keep the books (our association voted to have a volunteer treasurer rather than pay for management services - I can't change that.) However, it's a new program for me, and I'm just learning. Can anyone tell me 1) which Chart of Accounts to use, and 2) the best way to enter each unit -- e.g., by lot number, by owner name (some people own more than 1 lot), and how do you link lot number to owner name?

Ok I know for a fact that antibiotics greatly reduce the effectiveness of birth control...cause it happened to my sister...

All my doc has ever told me was about the antibiotics but are there any other meds (prescription & non) that do also? I've been battling with a cold/sinuses/allergies all week & have been taking either Claritin or Sudafed. Do those affect it at all?

I'm always extra careful but I just want to make double sure just so that I'm more informed......

I see, from an online forum I'm in, that MP3 files can be downloaded to my phone as ringtones. I have some neat .WAV files I'd like to use (they're cartoon noises I currently use for my mouse). Is there a media editor that came installed with Windows, or is there a simple freebie somewhere, that will load a .WAV file and "save as" an MP3 file? (I don't need to do anything fancy! Just file format conversion!)

I've seen hours hours of his shows, yet the things he advises NEVER do anything when I try them with my dogs. I try the 'stand up straight' thing, the 'ssshhh' thing, the leash jerk, it never works like it does on tv. WHY?

Are his shows edited to make it appear that he's more talented than he really is? Does he ever actually fail with dogs, we just dont see those times because it would hurt his rep?

I ask this sincerely because i,ve gatherd that some choose to be atheist because they personaly have no proof that a God exsists. but that others may have more of a societal issue concerning religions.i.e,religous wars,terrorism and so on.so i was wondering if anyone refrains from celebrating religous holidays or perhaps changed them.
