On this 30th Anniversary of International Women's Day, what should a guy do to help his female counterpart feel appreciated?

It's great that you just think about it.
I guess it's important for a woman, maybe more than to you men, to get recognition for whatever they do for our home, our counterpart, our children if we have, or even our friends or just acquaintances.
You can just tell her what you admire of her, you can remember her what are those things that she does goodm what are those things that made you felt inlove, and why you still love her.

As a woman, I would be stunned if my bf did anything for International Women's day, let alone if he KNEW about it. I would want a spa treatment though.
